Breeding success…Beach nesting birds

Great success at Mogareeka with the Little & Fairy Terns ,40+ fledglings ,most have left on their journey North again. Little tern & 2 chicks shown. Not as successful for our critically endangered Hooded Plovers,this chick has been seen on Main beach ,Merimbula  ,parents, YO & friend moved there from the Bournda Island area .There were  3 chicks but only 1 sighted and flagged W1 last week.
