Tassie Museum Simon Groves - September 27th

Dr. Simon Groves, the Senior Curator of Invertebrates at the Museum of Tasmania in Hobart will be our guest speaker on Saturday 27th of September. He will be giving a presentation " Between the Tide Lines" at 3.00 pm in the function room of the Merimbula Wharf and Aquarium restaurant. Earlier that day we are hoping to be able to join Simon on a beach near Bermagui to partake in one of his passions of collecting and identifying beached shells, something he has done since his childhood in Britain. Sunday the 28 th we hope to be able to go for a beach walk with Simon around Merimbula. Simon has also published a book The Seashells of Tasmania.
